They are listed as snow pants, but the lining is not thick. Two hip pockets and a back pocket have zippers to keep items safe. Fabric content is 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Elastic waistband with belt loops and a zipper and hook closure. The size on the label says ages 10-12 years. Waistband is 29 flat. Inseam is 27. Info on the web says this should fit kid sizes 8-12, but please check if my measurements will fit.
