Grown by me for the past five seasons in northern NH. “Rip City” is the variety that got me hooked on dahlias as it was the first I grew and stored over the winter successfully. marvelous for new or experienced dahlia lovers in a stunning color for late summer and fall bouquets.

“Rip City" dahlia is a dark red, almost black, informal decorative dahlia with large, velvety blooms, known for its long stems and prolific tuber production, making it a sought-after choice for cut flowers and gardens.

Each tuber will have at least one eye/shoot beginning to grow. Will be shipped in the same way I store them: in wood shavings in a ziploc bag.
