The Novak is a rare variety chosen by Charles Novak of Plant City, Florida, which carries a exceptional and complex candy flavor of sweet, tart, and sour tones in each fruit. The fruit tends to have random size variances with occasional moderately large onessporting a clean, yellow peel.
Zesty
Zesty is very distinctive, extremely rare, and is customarily our favorite tart flavored loquatcomparatively, a Montmorency Cherry Pie style of loquat with a more appetizing yellow-orange coloration. We have searched diligently to find a loquat which consistently makes magnificent jam, pie/cobbler filling, freezes well, holds consistent flavor, and has a high duration shelf lifeZesty is the one.

The Champagne is an old cultivar from the early 1900s, and is one of highly flavorful varieties we have triedvery complex and spicey, like a zested champagne aftertaste.
